There’s always something going on and there is more than one way to get involved. FWIC is a place that, if you wanted to, you could slip in and slip out each service, and not be noticed. But we believe Jesus intended more for us as His church. We know what God is doing here is special, and we want you to have a part in that. We want you to connect with the people you go to church with and build relationships and community. We never have and never will stress church membership but rather we emphasize participation and there are several ways to join in with what God is doing here.

 

We work in partnerships with non-profit organizations locally, nationally, and globally to feed the hungry, fight homelessness, empower children and families, respond to the needs of people in crisis, rescue victims of injustice, and lead a generation into a greater life of generosity and service in Jesus’ name. Together, our church serves thousands of hours per year for our various outreach partners. Get involved by serving at any of our weekly services, or at our monthly Neighborhood Outreach, or within one of the many diverse ministries that God has placed right here in the inner city of Phoenix. 

 

We have a monthly "Get Connected" class which is geared to help get you started and answer the question of, “What now?” So if you're a new believer or just new to FWIC we hope you'll take the time to come check it out. Please check out our Calendar & Events section and plan on being at our next "Get Connected" class.

At FWIC there is always something that needs to be done and to be done with excellence!
