Women Reaching Women (Women's Discipleship)
Women Reaching Women is confronting the issues that women are facing today by providing powerful resources, training, and study opportunities that will focus on character and integrity in life choices, values and unique spiritual gifts through discipleship awareness. Our goal is to develop an army of powerful, more-than-conquering confident women. This ministry equips and encourages women and is under the leadership of Pastor Sheryl Margherita.

Sheryl was raised in a Christian home but as a teenager she rebelled and was out of church and away from God for 14 years. In 1984 she rededicated her life to God, was baptized in the Holy Spirit and began studying and devouring the Word of God. Sheryl has been ministering to men & women through teaching, mentoring and counseling for over 25 years.
Today, Pastor Sheryl is the Director of Fire & Water’s Women’s Ministry – Women Reaching Women. She has a burden and compassion to see women be set free and become whole – physically, spiritually and emotionally. Sheryl’s desire is to empower women to know their value, who they are in Christ and what God created them to be so they can fulfill the destiny God has planned for each of them.
Pastor Sheryl has been with Fire & Water since 2003. She is also involved in the Worship Ministry and is a Co-Pastor of the Marriage Ministry at Fire & Water, along with her husband Pastor Tom.
